2. Your Status

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • If ordering on behalf of a business, you possess the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Services Provided

We offer custom website design, development, logo design, SEO services, e-commerce solutions, and ongoing website support and maintenance. Each project is tailored to the client's specific requirements as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
  • For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 15 days.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered work, including designs, code, and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party assets, plugins, themes, or software used in the project remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your package will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure all provided content is legally owned by you or properly licensed.
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule.

8. Project Delays

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, project timelines may be extended if there are delays in receiving necessary materials or feedback from you, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at our standard rates, and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for completed work are not available.

We reserve the right to terminate a project if payment is not received or if there is a breach of these terms. In such cases, any deposits paid will not be refunded.

10. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that your website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements beyond what was agreed upon in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Hosting and Maintenance

Unless specifically included in your package, website hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate services. We can provide recommendations for hosting providers or offer our own hosting and maintenance packages at additional cost.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
